Place a drop of your favorite essential oil on the clay bead for aromatherapy support all day. Your bracelet can be adjusted to be very comfortable through choosing the loop that fits best and using the small beads to tighten. They fit most small to large wrists. Once your size is determined, extra loops can be cut off if desired. It is not waterproof due to the paper beads but it is oil safe on the clay bead.
